Puppy Yoga at KMU: movement, joy, and psychological recovery

On March 21, KMU students took part in a puppy yoga session, combining light physical exercise with an atmosphere of joy and genuine emotions.

The true heart of the event was the little puppies. They moved freely among the participants, playfully touching them with their paws and looking into their eyes. Their sincerity and spontaneity created a special emotional space where everyone could feel joy, lightness, and inner calm.

Puppy yoga proved to be not only an effective way to maintain physical health, but also a powerful tool for psychological recovery. It helped students restore their energy, reduce stress levels, and simply be “in the moment” — in harmony with themselves.

This experience once again reminded us that sometimes very little is needed for true rest: a bit of movement, a warm atmosphere, and small, sincere creatures capable of melting away any fatigue!
