Dental disease prevention day at Kyiv Medical University

As part of Dentistry Week at the Polish Campus of KMU, an educational event titled “Dental disease prevention day” was held, combining theoretical knowledge with practical oral care skills.

A key part of the event was a hands-on workshop on individual oral hygiene, conducted by third-year students. Participants had the opportunity to learn proper tooth brushing techniques, the use of additional hygiene tools (dental floss, mouth rinses), and receive useful recommendations for daily care and prevention of dental diseases.

The interactive quiz attracted particular interest, allowing participants to test their knowledge in the field of dentistry and disease prevention. The most active and knowledgeable participants received pleasant prizes.

The event took place in a friendly and interactive atmosphere, promoting awareness of the importance of dental disease prevention and fostering responsible oral health habits.
